BestSub's Three Coating Factories Satisfy You All from 2016

BestSub, as a professional leading supplier in the sublimation industry, has enhanced again our three coating factories, one in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, and another two in Zibo, Shandong Province, with the daily output of 90,000 pieces of sublimation mugs.

The factory in Ganzhou, relocated from Xingguo to Ganzhou Economic Development Zone, certified with ISO9001: 2008 quality management, with four key production lines, mainly produces various kinds of ceramic mugs, bottles, tiles, metals, glasses, photo slates, etc. Its coating techniques and product quality control have been greatly improved.

As for the other two factories in Zibo, one is engaged in white mugs and color mugs with two key production lines while the other factory, whose main products are white mugs, has one key production line. Both of the two factories do much better in coating and techniques in order to achieve outstanding product quality.

This white toner transfer system is highly recommended to make transfer on color mugs and dark garments, as well as white mugs, light garments, metal, glass, wood, paper and many more.

The new transfer media from FOREVER for white toner technology makes transfer printing on dark garments as easy as on white garments. The revolutionary white toner printers from OKI remove the last barrier in creativity and design. The color black is achieved through a blend of the other three colors (CMY) and white toner covers the complete image except black printed areas. The printer software automatically places more white toner on light colors and less white toner on dark colors, performing the desired, optimal color reproduction.
